Intuitive Souls


Intuitive Souls thank you for choosing to work with us. Our aim is to provide you with simple terms and conditions. If your require any further clarification, please contact us.  Upon booking a Service with Intuitive Souls, please disclose any medical conditions, dietary requirements, medications, allergens or injuries which may affect your participation in any of the proposed activities.  By making payment of a deposit, repayments or full payment for any Service with Intuitive Souls, you are accepting our Terms and Conditions. 
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS  At any time by notice to you or by means of a notice on our  website, we may vary our terms and conditions. 
PAYMENT POLICY Payment must be in full and must be made at least; • four hours before a face-to-face session • five days before a workshop  • 10 days prior to the retreat commencement unless prior arrangements have been made. If the retreat commencement date is less than 20 days, full payment is required to secure the booking. Failure to pay within this timeframe results in the payments being forfeited and the place being resold. Bank fees incurred by transferring money are the sole responsibility of the participant. The participant is responsible to pay for all extra services not included in the selected package for the agreed payment method. 
CANCELLATION Every effort will be made to run all services as advertised, but it must be noted our group events are planned up to six months in advance and may be affected by a third party which is out of our control.  We therefore reserve the sole right, at our discretion, to modify or cancel the workshop, retreat or event at any time. We will notify you of any changes as soon as reasonable and this will form part of our contract with you. In the instance of a cancellation made by Intuitive Souls, we will, if possible, provide with an alternative: • A credit voucher for other workshops, retreats or events of an equivalent or closely similar standard and price, if available; or • Cancellation with a full refund of all monies paid 
Every effort will be made to keep you up-to-date with activities, but no guarantee can be made and no compensation is payable by us (Intuitive Souls) or the venue operator for the cancellation or failure to meet those times. 
CANCELLATION BY YOU If you have to cancel a booking, there will be a cost involved and you must make the cancellation yourself and have an acknowledged receipt of this,(except in special circumstances). If this does not occur, it is not considered a cancellation until a written notice is received by us. In the case of a cancellation, the following charges will apply: 
• 30 days or less, 65% of the total participation costs will be payable or forfeited (where already paid). If a waitlist participant (or you find someone) takes your place, this will incur a 20% administration cost. This amount is based on the total cost of participation. • 15 days or less prior to the workshop, retreat or event – 100% of the total participation costs will be payable or forfeited. If a waitlist participant (or you find someone) takes your place, 60% of costs will be refunded to you unless prior arrangement has been made. This amount is based on the total cost of participation. • No show, 100% of the total participation costs will be forfeited. • If illness or injury prevents you from attending a trip and you wish to cancel your booking, Intuitive Souls requires a medical certificate and written notice to complete the cancellation and these will be reviewed on a case by case situation.  • All cancellations will incur a minimum 20% administration fee and will be deducted from your refund. 
Bookings are accepted on the understanding that all persons are normally in good health and able to fulfil the physical demands of the retreat. It is your responsibility to ensure all you advise of any dietary, medical or allergenic requirements, You are also responsible for your own travel to and from the retreat or any other extra accommodation wither side of the agrees timeframes. We cannot accept any liability or associated costs for transport, medical attention or illness as a result of failure to disclose. Please note we cannot accept any liability for any damage, loss, expense or other sum (s) of any description (1) which is in the basis of the information you have provided, or in relation to your booking (2) which did not result from a breach of contract or other fault by Intuitive Souls, additionally we cannot accept any business liability. 
PRESENTED CONTENT   All rights, title and interest in and to the Intuitive Souls Services (1:1, workshop, retreat or events) are exclusively owned by Intuitive Souls, including all associated intellectual property rights. You acknowledge and agree feedback, comments or suggestions provided regarding the Services will be the sole and exclusive property of Intuitive Souls and you hereby assign all of your right, title and interest in and to all feedback, comments or suggestions provided to Intuitive Souls. 
DISCLAIMER DATA USE AND PROTECTION Photographs and/or filming will be taken of activities and participants at our sessions, workshops or retreats. By participating in an Intuitive Souls service, you provide permission for us to use such recordings without any prior consent for promotional or advertising purposes without any compensation to you, or without us receiving written permission from you. If you do not wish your photo to be taken or to be used by Intuitive Souls, or through other media channels including social media, please submit this in writing (email) and also let us know at the event.  Intuitive Souls assures that all personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy and will be treated confidentially and not be transferred to any third party other than necessary to fulfil the booking or deliver the requested service. As part of providing our services, we may need to provide certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Services and booking in for an Intuitive Souls Retreat.  The customer can terminate this agreement at any time in written form via email and must receive a return confirmation. In that case, the personal data and/or footage will not be used for marketing/market research purposes.
